  I just went into my favorite weed store lucid and I found out the 2 people Chris and Cortné that have been there since the beginning have been let go and replaced with AI. What happened to loyalty? These people busted their butts, gain your company alot of customers from all around and this is the thanks they get? Looks like I need to find a new favorite store because the purchase I made in your store tonight is my last. I will never support a business that chooses technology over real people trying to stay alive in this expensive world. Lucid you should be ashamed and I hope your Regina stores go out of business

  Just walked in to my favourite store and just found out the place was bought by a different company and they up and fired my favourite employees Chris and Courtney, they were the most friendly and helpful staff at any dispensary I have been to in Regina and they were unceremoniously shown the door after 5 years of building the business and clientele. I will not be returning to this store and advise others to think about where they choose to buy because having a friendly knowledgeable customer service expert is something everyone wants and now they’ve fired two of the best. I also want to share that the 1 star I did give was because it wouldn’t post otherwise, I would happily give a negative 5 if it was possible

  This is my go-to cannabis store, not just because of excellent product selection, but the staff are wonderful and always provide a safe and happy atmosphere. I was so disappointed when I went into the store on April 15th to have a chat with manager, Courtney, only to find out both her and her husband were let go! Out of the blue! By the powers that be, the behind the scenes suits who "run" Lucid. Horrible news, absolutely destroyed my day. They were the heart and soul of Lucid, Vic East, for so long....unbelievable. Corporate greed is the only explanation for this atrocity.

  Just found out they fired my 2 favorite people in the store. They were always so helpful to my husband. Don’t think I will return for this reason!

  Just went for the first time today, the manager Chris was such an amazing guy! So sweet and generous. Will definitely be coming back!!
