  Very poor customer service by the two staff members. They were rude and mean and looked down upon the customers. They made us feel terrible and as if we were there to ask them for free stuff!!! Would never recommend this store in the East end to anyone ever! I wonder how come the staff have been allowed to keep such negative behaviour with customers after so many complaints and poor reviews every other day!

  I visited the store today (October 28th) and had a very unpleasant experience. The lady staff member with a nose piercing behaved very rudely. I just asked about the online offers, and she responded sarcastically, as if I was getting the product for free. The overall attitude from the staff was unprofessional, and I even noticed them murmuring about me. It was a really disappointing experience. Never recommend this place.

  Bad customer service..I had a very bad experience with this shoe company’s customer service. The staff (two old ladies) don’t seem to have even basic manners while talking to customers. When I asked a few questions, they spoke as if I was trying to get things for free. I also asked about some discounts I saw on their website, but the staff acted annoyed and rude. Even worse, they started talking about me while I was standing right there, and didn’t seem to care that I could hear them. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

  Staff here are so unhappy and demoralized. Kerri the assistant manager was angry and upset. She was on the cash registry, I said hi to her but she proceeded the transaction without uttering a word back to me. She was just mad … not sure why?

  I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service we’ve experienced from this store. The manager has repeatedly treated customers including us as if we’re a problem rather than valued clients. Their attitude is unprofessional and unwelcoming, and this has happened on three separate occasions. No customer should be made to feel like they’re not wanted or respected. Unfortunately, after this repeated poor treatment, we’ve decided not to return.
