I'm a service dog handler who was in the Harbor Landing location and an untrained dog repeatedly barked, growled, snarled, and lunged at my service dog to the amusement of that dogs owner. It looked like a cattledog with a red cowboy bandana. It ruins my shopping experience because I have to constantly be watching for him everywhere I went. I couldn't relax and shop so we ended up leaving as it was such a distraction and anxiety inducing experience for me, causing a potential medical episode. Pets can wait in the car, or better yet, leave them at home!!! I did discuss this with staff as I left, but it comes down to your store policy. Too many stores take this lazy approach so they don't have to ask customers if it's a service dog when entering a store. But guaranteed, I can not return to your stores if you allow untrained pets on flexi-leads to wander 6-10 feet from their owners, going under clothing racks to lunge and growl at my working dog. Not fair!!!
