  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location today that I feel needs to be addressed. My family and I went into American Eagle because my 14 year-old brother had recently won some money and wanted to treat himself to a new pair of jeans. We were excited for him and wanted to help him pick something out. From the moment we entered, we noticed multiple employees staring at us instead of offering help, even though we were clearly looking for sizes and could’ve used assistance. At one point, an employee (a woman with glasses and light brown hair) took out her phone and appeared to call someone while looking directly at us. Moments later, a security guard approached and claimed we had been “in and out of the store too often” and “staying too long.” In reality, we had only gone in once earlier to find my brother and returned once more to make his purchase. The entire interaction made us feel singled out and judged. As a family of color, it felt like we were being racially profiled. The employee could have simply spoken to us directly or offered help, but instead she escalated things unnecessarily, leaving my 14 year-old brother who was just excited to shop feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. No customer, especially a child, should ever be made to feel unwelcome or watched simply because of their appearance. I truly hope American Eagle reviews their staff training and ensures all customers are treated equally and respectfully. Until then, I would not recommend this location particularly to people of color who deserve to shop without prejudice.

  Very cheap associate never helping did not exchange my product even they told me they did not have in stock but they have it

  Naomi was SO patient, kind, and genuinely so helpful with my purchase!! The other girl who was working was also so kind (I didn’t get her name, but she was working around 4 pm, June 9th, with short dark hair) and they both really went the extra mile to help me with the pants I wanted to buy.
