- PPPatJun 25, 20191.0Terrible service!😡 One sales person. I was 2nd in line, and patiently waited while the employee took care of the woman ahead of me. The employee then helped me find the frame/lens color combo I wanted, but frames needed adjusting. Employee asked that I wait while she checked another customer out. That woman’s husband then showed up, and instead of finishing up with me, she assisted him in choosing a pair for himself, while I stood there, waiting, at least 20 minutes. During that time, this couple changed their minds more than once. Finally after about 35 minutes in the store, I walked out. WTF?!!!
