- CCcole!Dec 3, 20251.0One of THE WORST customer service experiences you will ever go through at a retail store. I bought a $40 sweater from them and took the tag off and realized it was a size too big when I got home. I had only tried it on twice, so I brought it back to the store and when I explained that the sweater was too big, I had only tried it on twice, and that I'd took the tag off, the employee helping told me I simply could not return it whatsoever without a tag. The sweater was exactly like new and had nothing wrong with it, they could've literally slapped a new tag onto it and put it right back on the shelf. J.Crew does not care about their customers or their satisfaction, they only care about keeping all their money.

No greeting, just blanket stares as if inconveniently interrupted. Then- the non workers were behind the cash table while the worker was showing her what she does. Talking gossip in between silent stares. It was horrible. The two mom workers eventually left, still no service. Unimpressed at employee’s work ethic and character in general. Whoever was on at 6:45 pm
