- RJRian JohnsonSep 18, 20251.0Literally one of the worst customer experiences is when you walk into an empty store to find the one worker too busy socializing with friends (neither of which were workers) at the cash. No greeting, just blanket stares as if inconveniently interrupted. Then- the non workers were behind the cash table while the worker was showing her what she does. Talking gossip in between silent stares. It was horrible. The two mom workers eventually left, still no service. Unimpressed at employee’s work ethic and character in general. Whoever was on at 6:45 pm

No one in the store helped us while we were there or even acknowledged we were in the store. The workers just stood behind the cash register and talked.
