- GIGabby IversenDec 11, 20254.0The store is well organized and clean. My issue is the lack of customer service. I went in to the store before Thanksgiving time and went by multiple associates and was never greeted or acknowledged once, not even a hi or a smile. The girls working in the fitting room were just having a social hour the whole time I was there talking to each other and were not helpful or present to the other customers. I experienced this same thing in offline and Aerie stores and honestly most other stores in the mall. Please train your associates how to greet customers and be more professional when they are on the floor.
