Every employee that walked by me in the clothing section asked if I needed assistance. I want to mention Tai specifically. I was looking at some shirts and she not only asked if I needed assistance but also asked my name and then remembered and called me by my name each time I ran into her after that as I continued shopping. Wow, that is pretty impressive and goes a long way towards customer satisfaction. Keep up the outstanding work Tai!
