  I truly love my shopping experiences at all Scheels locations. From the moment I walk in, there is always a friendly associate greeting me and offering help. Today, while shopping at the Rapid City location, Shari stopped in her tracks to assist me in the spring coat department. It was so refreshing to have her product knowledge guide me through my purchase decision. Her favorite selections were very similar to mine, and hearing her personal experiences with a brand we both love made the interaction even more meaningful. What I appreciated most was that our conversation went beyond simply selling a coat I could have easily purchased online. It felt genuine and human. I left not only with a new coat, but also with gratitude for having met such a kind and authentic person. Thank you for consistently creating such welcoming and memorable shopping experiences! It is people like Shari that make shopping in-store vs online a human experience that is more valuable than any convenience online shopping can offer. With gratitude!

  Lần đầu ghé qua Scheels ở Rapid City, thấy nể phục cái độ rộng lớn của tiệm này ghê. Đồ thể thao ở đây đủ cả, từ quần áo, giày dép đến dụng cụ rất phong phú. Nhân viên thì nhiệt tình, thân thiện, giúp mình tìm được đôi giày chạy bộ mới vừa vặn. Mà đặc biệt, không khí trong cửa hàng khá thoải mái, chứ không đông đúc ngột ngạt. Có điều, giá hơi nhỉnh so với vài nơi khác, nhưng chất lượng sản phẩm thì phải nói là không chê vào đâu được. Nếu cần đồ thể thao, chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại đây thêm vài bận nữa.

  I was in need of an ankle brace for my daughter as we were headed to a basketball tournament. Rapid city scheels did not open until 9am but I called ahead and Shane O'brien was very helpful. He went and found the brace we needed and took my payment over the phone. He even delivered it 10 minutes before they opened and we were able to get to our tournament in time. Thank you scheels for having the brace we needed and for having such a great employee in Shane. This man deserves a raise!

  Has it all and the prices I personally think are a lot better and they have more different colorados and etc stuff!!!
