Called to him to have him come out and help me, waited another 30 minutes with no help. Called the store, to see if literally anyone else could help. They called Trevor. EVEN AFTER ALL THIS, HE STILL DIDNT HELP. After 2 hours of this, we left. We sat in the truck, did an online order and will probably get our order before Trevor helps anyone. Totally unacceptable.* Update: emailed, per the owners instructions, and never heard anything back (it’s been a week). Seems on brand with this shop. * I will note, their other departments have been great in the past. I always love interacting with their gun or fishing departments. But their Archery customer service is two thumbs down

In the gun library one employee was pushing past us to get to the gun case and not even ask if we would like to look at something or even a excuse me. At the gun counter 1 employee helping someone else while 4 customers waited patiently another employee standing talk o no to someone who i can assume was an old friend, not jumping in to help anyone. Won't be returning
