  I stop by here once or twice a year to purchase weapons.... Was there 3-13-2026 at approximately 1215hrs to buy a Snake bite pistol. Walked up to the gun counter. There was and older gentleman and a younger one on the other side of the counter. Talking about someone that was going to buy something for about 4k. No greeting, no can I help you. Both turned there back on me and walked away. Now, I am 6'3" 300lb 56 y/o American Black man, so hard to miss me. Walked very slowly looking at all the guns, etc. Never return to help me. Nothing. Maybe I do not look like I have money. Maybe it was a color thing. Had i been wearing my Veteran's hat, made then I would have been taken care of. I dont know. Walked around, being made and in my feeling about the whole thing. Bought a few UA shirts and a bag of Jerky, calming myself down. The best thing about my visit is the cashier, Ms Mari. She greeted me, asked if I had found everything. I told her I was not happy, she immediately got the store manager to respond. To the store manager's credit, she definitely did try to offer me the customer service that the fellas in the gun dept should have, but I was too far gone to be gracious about it. Ms Mari and the store manager- 6 stars The 2 men working in the gun department- the disrespect i felt- 1 star. I sincerely hope that your manager has the talk with you.
