  I recently purchased a pair of pants for my wife. She just had a baby, so I wasn’t completely sure about her current size, but I wanted to surprise her. Unfortunately, when she tried them on, they were too big. When we went back to exchange them for a smaller size, we were told that the item was final sale. I understand that stores have policies, but the final sale condition was not clearly mentioned to me at checkout. If I had known, I would not have completed the purchase without confirming the size first. Just a heads-up to other customers — it may be helpful to double-check the return and exchange policy before purchasing.

  My husband recently purchased a pair of pants for me. Since I just had a baby, he wasn’t certain about my current size. After trying them on, they turned out to be too big.   This store is a MUST stay for Charleston!! The staff are amazing and the store always has so much product. Staff are always helpful especially Maele and Anna. Please keep the store here !!!

  I had a great experience at the lululemon popup in tanger outlet Charleston!! Tatiana (the GM) made my day, she was so sweet and went above and beyond to help me, thanks again!

  Had a great experience here yesterday. All of the staff from the fitting room attendant, to the checkout gal and the manager were all very helpful. I will be back!
