The person who helped me was extremely respectful and helped out a lot. Maybe it was just the rush of the weekend that some things went wrong with the order. Original: There were a couple strawberries rotten like the one pictured. There were a handful of other strawberries that were underripe with half the strawberry being white. When the order arrived, the chocolate covered strawberries were soaked in condensation as well and the berries themselves soggy. I know it's because of it being delivered in a truck (it was delivered in a F250 truck) and not in Edible's own delivery truck equipped with cooling capabilities for exactly that reason as the website states. For as much as their stuff costs, it should be flawless. But that mistake won't happen again, I will be making my own from here on out at a fraction of their price with fresher fruits.
