**Review of Edible Arrangements Customer Service** I recently had a disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements that I feel compelled to share. I purchased an edible arrangement as a surprise for my wife, who was at home while I was at work. Unfortunately, the delivery service left the arrangement outside my front door without ringing the doorbell or knocking, despite the door being open and visible through a glass storm door. I received a notification about motion at my front door and, upon checking, saw the delivery driver placing the arrangement on the ground and walking away. I quickly informed my wife, who went to retrieve it. Afterward, I called the Edible Arrangements location in Summerville to express my concerns. To my surprise, I was unable to speak with a manager, as they were "not available." When I inquired about when the manager would return, I received no clear answer. The representative I spoke with attributed the issue to the driver and mentioned that they now use services like Uber Eats and DoorDash. There was a distinct lack of apology or empathy in her response, and she didn't even provide her name. Instead, her tone was sarcastic, which only added to my frustration. Overall, the customer service experience was far from satisfactory. I expected better treatment, especially considering the special occasion I was trying to celebrate. I expected better from a company that I use frequently however, this is not the first time that I have received this type of disrespectful treatment. Which is why I felt compelled to write this review.

My husband ordered a large tray for me for mother's Day. It was supposed to be delivered before 7 pm. When it did not get delivered my husband had to put in a ticket for it. At 10 pm it was delivered by door dash with a lady that spoke little to no English. We had no idea that it was getting delivered by door dash. When I opened it on Mother's Day it was wrong. There were things that he did not order and things he specifically ordered were not there. He put in another ticket and nothing. I then called 24 hours later and they said someone would call me to resolve the issue. It is now June 10th and still nothing. Would not recommend.

I placed my order 6/3, to pick up today 6/4 at 5:30pm. I placed the order a day before my anniversary because i have had issues in the past of the order been cancelled/delayed. Around 2:30pm, I received a text that i needed to pick my order up early because the store would be closing at 5. I picked the later pick up time because I needed to get it after work today and would have no where to store it before then, but I still left around 3:30 to pick up the order so I could return to work afterwards. When I arrived at the store, no one was waiting at the counter but I could hear people shouting, cursing, and laughing in the back room. The door has a bell so I waited for someone to come up front since they should have heard me enter the store. I waited a few minutes and saw the fridge next to the front door with my order inside. I stood in front of the door and looked through the window to look for someone to help me with my order, but the two employees i saw, continued laughing and talking to each other instead of coming up front. I waited a few more minutes and still no one came up front to help me. I grabbed my order, that i already paid for online, and placed in on the counter. I continued to wait there and then heard a voice yell "HELLOOO" from the back room and they ran up front and barged through the door so loudly that it slammed into the wall. The woman looked and me and yelled in my face, "CAN I HELP YOU?". I was shocked this woman felt comfortable enough to yell in my face and slammed through the door that way. I told her, "Yes, I've been waiting for over ten minutes out here to pick up my order and no one has come out here to help me". The woman snatched the order off the counter and put it behind the glass display case like she was accusing me of stealing it. She then said, "Yeah, well I didn't hear the door!" And just stared at me. That's when a second woman came through the door and asked me "Are you Uber Eats?" and i replied, "No, I'm picking up an order that i already paid for, and my name is on it". I am wearing a scrub jacket with my name and the office i work for so I pointed to my name tag and the order ticket with my name printed on it. Neither woman said anything to me and just stared at me like I was crazy. I asked "So do i need to do anything or are you going to give me my order?" The first woman passed the order to me so I took it and walked out. Neither woman said anything else to me as I was leaving. I have never in my life felt so disrespected by someone working in food service. I have been a loyal customer of Edible Arrangements for years and i purchase it every single year for my anniversary, even though there always seems to be an issue with my order. In 2024, they cancelled my order the day of because they were "understaffed" and the year prior to that, I was away in the military, without access to the internet, and placed the order weeks ahead of time and it was still not delivered in time for my anniversary. They also cancelled the delivery that year and my spouse had to pick up their "surprise" anniversary gift. Regardless of these issues, it is still my spouse's favorite gift so i still try to order it for them. After this altercation with Edible Arrangement location, I am left stunned by the immaturity and disrespect from the staff. I have never been made to feel like i was stealing or had my someone yell in my face after they were neglecting customers.

IF I could put 0 or negative, I would. I ordered something a few months ago and got a call that they had a family emergency, could they please deliver the next day? I said yes. I ordered the 1-hour delivery on 6/3/2025, got a call saying they had an emergency, could they deliver first thing in the morning? After wanting to say no, which I should have, I said yes, what time? I was told by 10 AM. At 10:45, I called because of no delivery and was told it was on the truck and would be there before noon. At 12:30, still no delivery. But they want to charge a guaranteed delivery fee on top of the $92.63 charge. I understand emergencies happen, but what I learned from a former delivery person is the owner calls people last minute to deliver, and she doesn't have them officially on staff, so they MAY OR MAY NOT SHOW UP to get the delivery. Don't expect me to continue using them, I'll pay for the overpriced flowers from a florist instead
