- PPPeterOct 29, 20251.0I was shocked when I walked through this store. I went in to buy a pair of men's pants. The place is an absolute mess. There is merchandise thrown around everywhere. There was no order to the store. And not one employee welcomed us or offered to help us find anything in this mess. I walked out without buying anything because the pants were not in any order. The managers should be sent for training at another Belk store. Just because it is an old store doesn't mean it has to look like a flea market. The only time I will be back in will be for the closing sale, which I am betting is coming soon.

Took my children to do some school shopping and the selection was pretty limited and clothes had no organization to them. After finally finding some for my 7 year old son to try on we head to the fitting room. Get to the last couple items of clothing to try on and an employee named Sylvia beat on the fitting room door like she was the police. Opened it to find her fussing at me for being in the mens fitting room and other people waiting. Kicked me out of the fitting room with my son still half dressed, didn't even point us in the right direction to the correct fitting room and just continued to have a nasty attitude and smirk on her face when we expressed she was being rude. She made my experience very unpleasant and I won't be going back to this location. The sales team lead was very nice and assured me that Sylvia would be spoken to.
