The women’s restroom smells like pee, has blood and feces on the toilet, and overflowing trash cans. The smell of urine was so strong coming from the toilet that it made me sick. I travel quite a bit and use convenience store restrooms and I’ve never experienced any worse than this. Considering this is a department store with bathrooms like are likely not frequently used, this is a compete disgrace. I wouldn’t let my dog pee here.
- LGLarry GailOct 16, 20251.0We were in home goods and trying to find some one to help us i found someone who went looking for someone she came back and said the person she found would be right with us we waited 15 -20 min and left we went to a register to check out with out purchase I signed up for e mails and I thought it said I get an additional 10 dollars off when I got to the register and showed the women my code she pointed to a blue sign and I had to buy something under the blue sign she spoke broken English and was hard to understand she was not hearing me or let me finish explaining just kept pointing to the sign I paid for my stuff and left. I ended up bringing my purchase back because it wasn't comfortable if we got the help in the beginning we would have gotten something else, I went to a register in clothing and she said I had to go to home goods i went up stairs and there was a sign said the register was closed so I went down stairs to a different register in the clothing ans she refunded me my money and told me I could go to any register, I guess the other lady didn't feel like doing it or she was poorly trained and didn't know my overall experience was horrible I receive better customer service a walmart, needless to save I unsubscribed from belks and I will not be wasting my time there
