She accused me of lying about the damage instead of trying to help resolve the issue. This was very unprofessional and disappointing customer service. never go to the spartanburg Belk, guys, if you want to experience the rudest costumer service.

The guy was moving shoes and then left the area so I was looking and found some and when checking out they said it wasn’t part of the deal even though the sign there said it. The guy then said he was moving it but hasn’t yet until the manager came over then he took it down. We tried on shoes for 10 minutes over there and then he told us we were in the way so that’s why he couldn’t take it down. All 3 workers were very rude and made it like it was our fault when it was his bc he didn’t move the sign when he had all day to. Belk needs to do better hiring people
