  I placed my order yesterday at around 3:00pm. Meaning it was still early on in the day. Well, I just got a call saying that they are out of half of the items that I ordered in and order was pretty expensive. The lady that I spoke to thought that she could offer me a couple pieces of food that I obviously did not want if I did not order that and replace it and I said no, I would like a full refund. She then tells me that the only person who can do the refund is her manager and they won’t be there until monday. Well i just spent over $100 for my moms birthday which is TODAY and now you’re telling me I have to wait to get MY money back eve thought YOU are out of the items. Crazy right??? I want my money back now, because I just know come monday there will be an excuse or something along those lines. I am confused on how this place is out of number ballons AND flowers??!!! I will tell everyone I know to NEVER order from this place.I will save them from this mess. I am completely frustrated and annoyed. Now my mother won’t have a gift because a store failed to do their part! Do not order from this place if you want your loved ones to actually get their gift !

  I ordered 24 chocolate covered strawberries. 12 were white chocolate 12 were dark chocolate, I like the white chocolate, i’m giving it a three because of the strawberries they weren’t rotten,but not fresh.

  Never again! Ordered for Valentines Day. Guaranteed delivery. Website said they started making the order at 3pm that day. At 6pm, same status. Would not answer phone or return messages. Went in at 6 TO PICK IT UP. Told at 621pm they would start on it. Do not use unless you don't need it on the day its guaranteed. Lousy service, lousy communication. They are probably good except when they need to be. I will never find out if thats the case. NEVER. AGAIN.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the BEST Edible Arrangements Experience! I had the most amazing experience at my local Edible Arrangements and just had to share it. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Miss Cecilia, the cashier, was warm, welcoming, and so kind—she made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. I came in specifically for white chocolate–covered strawberries, and although they didn’t have any ready at that moment, Miss Joanna, the manager, immediately stepped in and went above and beyond. She literally dropped what she was doing to make sure I was taken care of—and that level of care truly meant so much. Now let’s talk about the strawberries… WOW. These were without a doubt the juiciest, most mouthwatering strawberries I’ve ever had in my entire life. Perfectly ripe, bursting with flavor, and coated in rich, creamy white chocolate—every bite was absolute perfection. You could taste the freshness and quality immediately. This wasn’t just a purchase—it was an experience. Outstanding service, incredible attention to detailj, and food that genuinely blew me away. Huge shoutout to Miss Joanna and Miss Cecilia for making my visit unforgettable. This location deserves all the praise, and I’ll 100% be back (probably sooner than later!).

  My Wife received an arrangement from her cousin in Philadelphia, Cecilia,Joanna and Danelle did a beautiful job!!! I have purchased arrangements and will do so again
