  Carla and Valerie were incredibly helpful and understanding during my visit to Lebo’s. They took the time to tailor the experience perfectly to what I was looking for. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the entire visit enjoyable. I truly appreciated the personalized attention and look forward to shopping at Lebo’s again soon.

  It seems great customer service is hard to come by these days so when I encounter it, something must be said! Went to the Rock Hill Lebo's this afternoon in a mild panic to find tap shoes for my kids first class tonight - I've passed this store countless times over the years and never knew what a gem it is. James and Carla acted as dedicated shopping assistants and lended their expertice with friendliness and patience - and didnt bat an eye when we had to try on 6 pairs to get the right size. James knows his stuff - was so very helpful. Im thankful for his knowledge and help to this newbie dance mom. Great store with excellent staff!
