- MBMechelle BlackwellNov 7, 20251.0Checked the closing time online and the sign posted by the door which clearly stated 9:30 pm on Fridays. As I entered the store at 9:00 pm, the manager shouted to the other workers "time to close up". The manager passed by me going to the back of the store and I ask what time the store closed. She looked at me rudely and loudly said we closed at 9:00 pm. I responded that the sign by the door and online showed that the store closed at 9:30 on Fridays. She looked at me, shook her head and rudely said "well 9:30 then". This was the most impolite manager I have ever dealt with and do not plan to return to this store! If the store shows a closing time by the door and online, the manager should abide by that and not close the store early! Maybe this manager should not be in retail....
