They have a beautiful showroom with great staff, and great customer service. My first purchase was an engagement ring for my now fiancée. They were able to get exactly what I was looking for, and built the most perfect ring. When you go to Christopher’s ask to work with Karon. She is super social and fun to work with. I recently bought a pair of pearl earrings from her. She is very knowledgeable, making the process quick and easy. She also has been great with helping me start my Rolex journey. I had a blast trying on all the watches with her and talking about all the different models.

The owner called immediately and advised us of the situation. We meet with him and not only did replace my diamond with a bigger diamond, but he also made sure the color, cut and clarity was better than what I had. He had us pick out the new diamond and repaired my ring at no charge. Christopher's is not only honest but went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
