The employee proceeded to tell me the manager said they weren’t taking clothes of mannequins today. Which is beyond me. So you’d rather lose a sale than to not be lazy. Then had the nerve to ask if I was going to buy it if she took it off the mannequin! Last time I go there!

My daughter had found a dress she loved but wasn’t aloud to try it on, then it was labeled non refundable completely unacceptable! You should allow returns if your employees insist on closing the fitting rooms an hour before it closes because they don’t want to have to put the clothes back. That is what I was told by them. I’ve worked retail and that would have never been allowed! They lost our business, and I saw many other customers leave also that would have bought from this store!

She was unprofessional and she seemed bothered when i would try to ask a question. I was planning on buying more items than i did but she made me feel unconfortable
