The sales associates went above and beyond to assist every customer even though the store was semi-packed, they made each person feel valued and appreciated. What stood out most was the manager’s hands-on approach she was actively helping customers, checking inventory, and even offered to find my shoe size online to save me the hassle of shopping elsewhere. That level of service made a big difference. I was originally planning to order online, but I’m so glad I made the trip. Every visit to this Tanger location reminds me why I love shopping in-store at Michael Kors. Highly recommend!
- JHJacqueline HooksDec 14, 20252.0Visited the Tanger Outlet Charleston SC. Was attempting to purchase a purse, in store online. I needed it shipped due to I was flying. The rep tried to assist but the ordering device wasn't charged the night before. They did not have a back up device in the store. How could an upscale designer store not ensure that all devices are charged and ready daily. This was VERY disappointing. Every store should always have the necessary tools charged and ready to go daily. Hopefully the General Manager will retrain the employees to make sure they are ready daily with the proper equipment as well as back up devices. The purchase had to be sent from the Hilton SC store where a pay by link was sent to me. I do appreciate Kayla the manager from Hilton SC following up to ensure I received the link.
