- THTiffany Holden3 days ago1.0I came in with my daughter to pick up an online order and decided to shop while we were there. We both found a Brahmin bag and wallet we wanted to purchase, but after asking four different associates for help unlocking the case, no one ever came. When we went to customer service to pick up the online order, we asked again and were completely ignored. This was by far the worst and rudest customer service I’ve experienced. We were prepared to make a purchase, but the lack of acknowledgment and assistance was extremely disappointing.

However, when I went to try it on in the men’s fitting room I found that there was only ONE door out of the three fitting room doors that would lock. This is TRASHY. This needs to be fixed. Then I went to numerous registers throughout the store and could not find any workers to ring up the shirts. Finally I had to physically find an employee who looked and sounded like she was talking to a friend coworker about how pretty a dress was. Only then was I able to get her attention and get rang up. This part was just a bit annoying but I get it if they are understaffed. Regardless. FIX THE DAMN FITTING ROOM DOOR LOCKS!
