  Arrived at the store at 7:00 and the doors were locked even though the sign on the door and online says they close at 8:00pm. I called inside of the store and saw 2 ladies behind the register doing nothing. I sat in the parking lot and watch them turn off the lights at 7:22pm

  I'm an avid shopper of cititrends and have been for a while but today is the day where I will no longer be customer here. Two bathrooms in the store and not one for the customers, highly disrespectful. I'm good enough to spend my money here but I can't use the bathroom ? Yeah , never have to worry about me going there ever again plus the inventory isn't what it used to be anyways. They hardly ever have any variety of shoes for kids and it's just been going down hill for a while tbh. I'm a pregnant woman with a toddler and was told the bathroom isn't for customers but here I was with a buggy full of items and I left that buggy right there. Do better cititrends .

  Location is never open on time today is Sunday January 5 th they were supposed to open at 13 but made me stand outside until almost 12:30 and this isn’t the first time

  Restroom are closed please staff is rude can be standing there talking about who they hate just to hood in there where’s there mangers at when u need them
