- KKKOct 9, 20251.0Arrived at the store at 7:00 and the doors were locked even though the sign on the door and online says they close at 8:00pm. I called inside of the store and saw 2 ladies behind the register doing nothing. I sat in the parking lot and watch them turn off the lights at 7:22pm

Two bathrooms in the store and not one for the customers, highly disrespectful. I'm good enough to spend my money here but I can't use the bathroom ? Yeah , never have to worry about me going there ever again plus the inventory isn't what it used to be anyways. They hardly ever have any variety of shoes for kids and it's just been going down hill for a while tbh. I'm a pregnant woman with a toddler and was told the bathroom isn't for customers but here I was with a buggy full of items and I left that buggy right there. Do better cititrends .
