Not only was the process utilized for my return inefficient, but it made us miss our flight. we were at the store trying to do a return for something purchased the previous day and was there 45 freaking minutes while the associate was calling trying to find out why two of the items we were returning from the previous day couldn’t be refunded back to our card. it was so ridiculous and we’ve never seen anything like this. We will not be purchasing from sunglass hut again. Inevitably the return was accepted, but a check has to be sent to me is so ridiculous
