- DCDeborah CressApr 14, 20264.0Somewhat disappointed with the current selection. Our store closed where I live and was excited to visit. I got 1 shirt from clearance rack, but nothing else was b appealing.

The rack the dress (and others of the exact same dress) had a sign that said “40% off the Ashely Graham collection” this dress says “Ashley Graham collection” on the tag and label inside. I get up to check out and they say the dress isn’t on sale. I tell them about the rack and they send someone, I believe her name was Mary, to look at the rack. She tells me that because the sign on rack only says sale on the front and is blank on the back that it’s not part of the sale. A company this big should not be hanging items of the same collection on a rack with all the same labeling and then not stand behind the prices they have listed.

- LDLori DalessioFeb 7, 20261.0Unfortunately nobody answers your phone in the Coastal Grand Mall store. I ended up having to call the salon several times and finally askef for a manager. Her name is Mary and is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I explained to her that nobody answered the phone after I called 6 times and that I'm handicapped and needed to find a certain shoe to have somebody come and pick it up. She told me that I could find it myself with my card ( I don't have a card) and was just rude the entire time. I will never ever shop at this low budget store again.
