  Beware!!!. They charged me over prices. My shoes ony $69.99 on the bottom.But they charge me $89.95.I called Manager whom her name is Jasmine. She doesn't help me at all and doesn't refund amout they charged me over prices although that is their fault and she talk too much and yell at me,so rude.i will never come back again and tell my friends , neither..So sad for their bussiness.they trick and lie to customers like that...I want add photo and receipt but they don't have place to insert my pictures...

  I have always loved going in here because the employees are so upbeat and positive!! When I came in a couple weekends ago it was about 6:40, 20 mins before closing with customers still in the store as well. I tried on a pair of shoes and waited on my father to meet up with me since he was finishing up at another store and was going to buy the shoes as a gift. Around 6:53 I was the only customer in the store and the employee Tessa H came up to me and told me they were about to close. The outlets closed at 7. I explained to her I knew what time they closed, but I was just waiting on my dad. She then stood right beside me and proceeded by tapping her foot and just staring at me?? I work in retail so I’m aware of how rude it can be with customers in right before closing, but I was done shopping and simply standing at the door. When I noticed she wasn’t going to move away from me I told her I would go ahead and check out. As I check out she doesn’t say anything and just rings up my shoes. I began grabbing my cash and she tells me they aren’t taking cash?! There was no sign anywhere stating that they were not. I’m not sure if they had already finished with the register and counted it down or what but I was super caught off guard. As I walk to the door my dad had just walked up and I started telling him about the rude customer service and when I look back she was rolling her eyes and laughing at me. I have NEVER received rude customer service like this. I will be back but something needs to be done with this employee and respect needs to be taught.
