But the manager working the store this day failed so miserably on providing this. We were using some coupons and the gentleman did not even know how to use the POS correctly to ring up the coupons. It’s sad because us as the consumers knew how his system worked better than he did. Not to mention he didn’t give us the premier membership like the promo said we should’ve. I’ll give the store this overall. Yes you got a great selection and some cooler things than most places. But the cons outweigh the pros. Waivers / you have to sign a waiver basically admitting you are not a terrorist with your ID scanned before you can even look. I find this way too excessive and very off putting. Prices/ the prices are overpriced as hell and a little up there. Customer service/ the store is ran by two people at a time and both of them lack the need to make the customer feel welcome. I spent two hours in the store setting up our show. Not once did anyone come up to help us. Overall , I see the only time worth going here is using coupons and playing the deals you wanna use out before even going in. But even then you’re gonna have to use your own math skills to make sure it’s rang correctly. Since the manager and staff don’t know how to ring up coupons. Truly the better deals , products , and customer service is at Jabs. I mean RUN THERE. We got so much there verses what we paid here. Not to mention amazing customer service!!!
