The lady came to the dressing room with me and measured me and helped me pick out two excellent bras that are very flattering. Their club is worthwhile joining. For discounts, even on the first day you're there.I had got significant discounts.

We were shopping for funeral clothes - we went into a men’s store, they immediately greeted us and asked us if we needed help, assisted my husband in th dressing room and was friendly and helpful all the way through — then we go to get my clothes… Lane Bryant, haven’t been in years but oh well, let’s give it a shot. Three employees and not a single one noticed us walk in or even looked at us the whole time I was shopping…. I go to the changing room, I’m of course unhappy and uncomfortable with my selections gone over half of the store is merely push-up bras way too small to be considered a “plus size” clothing store… finally on my way OUT I’m asked if I need help…… way too little way too late…. For women clothes shopping and trying on clothes is just an all around shitty experience, but to have the blatant difference in two considered “high end” men’s and women’s stores…. Just sooo sooo disappointing and I can’t say I will ever be back… it’s been YEARS since I shopped lane Bryant not just in person but online too and after this experience I’m just…. I’d rather not. I’ll just drive to the other side, this isn’t the 90s anymore- plus size women have more options and that store greeted me the moment I walked in…. Even though they only had ONE employee instead of THREE… thu were happy to help, and happy to take my money. I will be back to their store. But I doubt I’ll ever return to Lane Bryant 🤷🏻♀️

The ladies at this store were super helpful on finding out the correct size but the perfect fit. They ended up not having the size and color I was needing so they had contacted the store down by the beach. They were able to get me the right size and color for them both. I was super happy and impressed the whole time. They helped me with the stressful time it was. Will gladly recommend them to everyone!!!
