Her name is Mary and is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I explained to her that nobody answered the phone after I called 6 times and that I'm handicapped and needed to find a certain shoe to have somebody come and pick it up. She told me that I could find it myself with my card ( I don't have a card) and was just rude the entire time. I will never ever shop at this low budget store again.

When I finally reached someone thanks to the salon finding someone in the store, I was told that customers in the store take precedence. They took my money for my online order but no one can tell me where it is. What a joke.
