    Rude employees and have to walk all the way around the entire store trying to find a check out that actually has employees at it.

    I arrived to the store at around 7:30 today, some rude worker lady screamed at me saying “we are about to close!!!”. I totally understand her if I would’ve walked in 5 minutes before close. I wanted to just do a return :( I found out her name so I hope Patty gets in trouble because that was so rude and I felt unwelcomed to the store

    Need someone in the men’s shoes at all times. I saw five people leave because no one was there to help them. If you don’t want to help customers then put all the shoes out.

    I just visited your store to return a shirt that I had ordered online that was the wrong size. I went upstairs to the men’s department, as it was a man’s shirt. I spent 30 minutes there looking for a replacement and walked the entire floor four times and never found a clerk to assist me. There were none in the men’s, children’s, or home goods sections. I took the shirt downstairs to the cosmetics department to make the return. The Estée Lauder clerk was very nice and professional. Imagine how many sells the store is missing due to no service.
