  You would think If you were shopping there, they would want to take your money. Literally no one wants to ring you up. Very hard to find a cashier and all they do is stare at you and wonder away and say oh you have to go here… and then there’s no one there.

  My husband brought me to this location to shop for my birthday yesterday and it was an awful experience here at Belks, located at 1400 Coastal Grand Cir, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On my visit, I entered the store and went directly to the shoe department looking for BZees shoes. When I could not locate them, I approached the shoe department cashier for assistance. The first cashier I spoke with was noticeably unfriendly compared to how she interacted with other customers. When I asked about BZees, she briefly stated that they were “mixed in over there” and pointed, but did not offer to assist me further or walk me to the section. I then went to the indicated area and found it poorly organized. I had to physically pick up and sort through multiple shoes myself to determine what was available. After identifying two pairs of interest, I returned to the desk, but the first cashier walked away. A second cashier assisted me instead. The second cashier was significantly more welcoming and helpful. She was unfamiliar with the BZees brand at first, but once I showed her a Belk listing for the shoe, she walked with me to the section, confirmed availability, and offered to order the item for me since it was not available in the store. Overall, this store did not feel warm or welcoming. Staffing appeared minimal, and the contrast in treatment between the two cashiers was noticeable. I left the store feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer and person. I hope I was not treated differently because of the skin color. I am sharing this feedback because customer service consistency matters, and this experience fell short of what I expect from Belk. I would appreciate this concern being reviewed.

  Bought Samsonite luggage on a 50% off sale at Belk. After searching online for a carry-on to match, I found the piece I bought on the Samsonite website. The price that I paid at 50% was actually the Full Price. I did not get 50% off. SCAMMED by Belk!

  If you’re upstairs in where the Kids department is at, these two ladies today in a brand new year January 1, 2026 at 5:30 PM treated a lady like she wasn’t nothing today is her birthday would not be either willing to look at the coupon that Belks sent to her that she tried to show them try and they just didn’t care and try to get in touch with the manager and no one wants to answer the phone, won’t be back here and I’m a local very sad how people have started treating others. But the lady on the left she isn’t friendly at all
