- JLJacqueline LisellaDec 17, 20255.0Went here for the first time on Wednesday December 10th 2025 with my mom to purchase a gift card for a family member. This is located in the coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach near its sister store American Eagle, and also near Bath and Body Works too. We found it okay. Once we found it, we walked in, and headed towards the register. Was greeted by someone who was stocking clothes, and then immediately went to the register to purchase a gift card. Cashier at register was also very friendly, as we took care of the transaction. Pleasant all around and highly recommend. Store also was organized and clean. Note: never been inside an aerie before but it looked like a mini version of Forever 21, as I saw colorful holiday leggings and sweatpants geared towards tween girls (though as a 30 year old if they had my size i would wear them!) Perhaps would be back if I ever need some clothes!

The staff is very immature and more worried about getting cute guys phone numbers than waiting on the people in the line. Did an online order for pickup. Wanted to return it and they wouldn’t let me. Kept giving me excuses. Don’t waste your time. Trust me it is not worth the headache.
