  I went to purchase a firearm and Don was very helpful. I filled out the information needed. He advised me that I was pre approved for a Bass...credit card which I accepted. I now have a firearm I am comfortable with and Bass...Credit card. Thank you Don and Robbie for your knowledge and personal interaction. As I am in Customer Service it is refreshing when you receive the professional service you give daily.

  I love bass pro but the customer service at the Myrtle beach location was not good today. She was bothered by our mere presence, would not look up our reward number, and was an overall unpleasant person.

  Horrible interaction with your manager Ted! My husband and I spend thousands of dollars a year at this location. My husband wanted to try his hand gun inside a holster to make sure it would fit. He tried to tell my husband you don’t allow guns into the store. Which is false because we always carry!! He got an attitude with my husband and then tried to say you didn’t have a holster to fit his hand gun. Which was also false because we had 3 sitting on the gun counter. Your employees were fantastic!! Your manager Ted can take some lessons from them. We have been all over South Carolina looking for one to fit. If we could have found one somewhere else we would have took our business elsewhere. If he doesn’t want to interact with customers then he should get another job. Not to mention your team already made sure the weapon was safe and put a trigger lock on it before he even got to the front. Let me just thank Mark! Mark was wonderful to us the entire time.
