- ADAJ DOct 1, 20252.0This has nothing to do with Lululemon products, which I really love. My concern is specifically with how the store manager, Sabrina, handled a phone inquiry. I called to ask about a particular item before driving out, and she came across as unfriendly and dismissive at the start. She only began listening and responding once I adjusted my tone of voice, which should not be the case in customer service. I truly believe she would benefit from additional training because other Lululemon stores I’ve contacted have been much more professional and welcoming. For example, the Charleston store is always friendly and easy to work with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend coming to this location.
