- AHApril HollowayOct 3, 20201.0My daughter-in-law ordered an arrangement, mini cheesecake and balloon from this location for my birthday today. Only the arrangement was delivered. The bananas were old and brown and the pineapple was made with the core, so you couldn’t even bite into it. I took the arrangement back to the store and encountered the rudest cashier that I’ve ever felt with in my life. There was no apology for all the errors, she refused to give me the managers contact information, and as I was video chatting on MY PHONE at the time with the person who placed the order, she started yelling at me because I stated (to the person on the phone) that the customer service was horrible!!! Which started an argument, because I was not having that!!! I will definitely be reaching out to complain to the owner and the Corporate Franchise Office.
