- VSVery Pleasant StaffJan 8, 20265.0I was in the Belk Outlet Store in Lauren's, SC Thursday and the store sensors would go off every time I tried to leave the store. I took off everything except my shirt and pants, without them asking me to. The alarm still sounded. The staff was convinced with as much as I bought surely I was not trying to steal one small item. When I got home, I found the culprit. A small security sensor from another store, I as the customer was to remove before wearing or washing. Wow, wow, wow! Reading is fundamental. Who would have thought! The staff assured me I would not be labeled as a shoplifting how spent what I spent and who volunteered to be searched to fine the culprit of the alarms.
