- LKLucas KristieNov 11, 20251.0I could only drive my car the first day it was installed. I was locked out for a week. I had my battery checked twice and called customer service repeatedly. I had to have my car towed and device removed. I expect full refund for installation, removal and tow. My account is Kristine Lucas, it is affiliated with my email address. I called customer service many times, I practiced the hum/blow and all agreed I blew correctly. This device needs to reengineered to make it easier. I want my refund for installation returned. I will let my attorney know of this issue.
