  Terrible experience I asked a lady if I could have the dress on the mannequin instead of the ones in store because it did not have a slit she said and I quote “I’m not tryna do all that” very rude and lazy wore a grey cardigan tall and hair in a pony

  If I could give this place a zero, I would. My boyfriend was standing outside MY fitting room, helping me with his opinions on the outfits, and in the middle of me changing, I hear, “SIR YOU CAN STEP OVER HERE BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE IS COMFORTABLE WITH YOU BEING THERE.” He moves, and she says something like, “No, over there.” Made him stand all the way around a corner so if I even came out of the room, I would’ve had to walk all the way into the store around the corner for him to see me. When there were PLENTY of people who had different friends or family standing outside their doors looking at their outfits. They singled my boyfriend out for absolutely no reason. So the $100+ worth of outfits I put down and left.

  Went to Windsor in the mall some time last week and when i tell you Mrs Emma is the best. She helped us find everything we were looking for and even helped us put together some outfits. Her character and work ethic is top notch. She deserves arise for going the extra mile instead of just leaving us once she got the things we wanted. If anyone needs assistance Emma is the one to go to.

  Walked around searching for a dress for a xmas party tonight without not one person greeting or asking me if I needed help. It had to be at least 20-30mins until I finally gave up looking. My first experience was totally different! I was helped by an older lady that helped me find 2 dresses the last time. It was also a young man that was great the last also. The staff were amazing the first time that I visited. Today I definitely felt unwanted and also unseen. Definitely an epic fail! No service and no dress. Back to square one!🙄🙁🥺

  During a recent visit to Windsor, my partner and I were initially impressed by the product assortment and overall customer journey, but the experience derailed at the fitting room when I was removed from my partner’s fitting area based on gender-based assumptions. Despite my sole intention of helping them through the process of choosing an important item for an event close to their heart. This intervention created a terrible final experience and a clear gap between Windsor’s inclusivity-driven brand promise and the actual service execution. For a company striving for customer-centric excellence, aligning staff training and policies with equitable, bias-free practices would be a key opportunity for improving the overall customer experience.
