Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    I had a bizarre experience shopping for leggings today. The space was completely open to walk into, so I walked over and began to browse. I had two sales associates come over and ask me what I was shopping for, which I thought nothing of until another associate came over and told me not to pick up the leggings. When I went to put the leggings I was holding back, she said they would put them back for me, which left me feeling awkward…and still holding the leggings. After several moments of confusion , I asked the employee if I was not supposed to be browsing there to which the employee said no. Totally fine with this approach but the area needs to be blocked off so I can’t easily walk over and look, or there needs to be a sign indicating the process. It seemed like they were going to keep eyeing me as I looked around in the area had I not asked if I wasn’t supposed to be there. It was weird and confusing and made me feel like I was an annoyance to the staff. I’ve never gone to a store where It wasn’t clear where I could and couldn’t go, so I’m not sure how I was supposed to know this.

    I was there Tuesday, 2/24/26. I was greeting upon entrance and then a few min later an employee came through and offered to help. A few min later the employee came back through and helped me with a couple specific products. I always enjoy shopping at this location.

    My daughter received a gift of two items but they were a size too small. We attempted to exchange them, but because the person bought them more than 30 days before she got her gift, they refused to help. The associate at the counter was very rude about it and literally shrugged her shoulders. No empathy, no suggestions, nothing. I've shopped here several times with a good experience - but doubt I'll return to this store ever again, and it's likely pushed me away from the brand for good.

    I’m a Sweat Collective member and primarily shop online, but every time I visit this store in person I’m consistently impressed. I’m always warmly greeted, offered help without pressure, and well taken care of in the dressing rooms. The educators at checkout are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the experience. I’ve never had a single complaint, and I confidently recommend my clients stop in knowing they’ll receive the same 5-star experience. In a world where inflation continues to rise and fast fashion is becoming more common, it matters to have a place that prioritizes quality customer service especially when investing in pieces that also support and invest in our bodies.

    Service was very poor due to misalignment of having several people on the floor offering help and 1 guy who was new at cashier, plus a woman who walked away at her convenience. As such, the 1-2 people in line (myself included) ended up waiting approximately 10 minutes to check out? That was while the woman who checked out people here and there then said “she’d be right back” and disappeared left the new guy who needed help and had to wait for someone to assist HIM every time he tried to check out a client. If I hadn’t been buying clothes I needed die to flight cancellation and been on a timeline, I would have left and purchased elsewhere. Don’t shop here. Not worth the lack of business flow that unnecessarily impacts customers.
