Despite my sole intention of helping them through the process of choosing an important item for an event close to their heart. This intervention created a terrible final experience and a clear gap between Windsor’s inclusivity-driven brand promise and the actual service execution. For a company striving for customer-centric excellence, aligning staff training and policies with equitable, bias-free practices would be a key opportunity for improving the overall customer experience.
