  Outstanding experience. I waited until the last minute like all men do for Christmas. They were very busy but took as much time as I needed to walk me through getting my wife a beautiful locket. Worked very hard to get me all that I could within my budget. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a top rate master jeweler. They helped me with wrap it up too

  My fiancé bought my engagement ring here, and it is absolutely beautiful. I had it resized the first time because it was too big, then my finger swelled (something I didn’t realize could happen since I don’t wear rings). When I went back, they fixed it again quickly, without judgment, and without making it a big deal at all. The turnaround was fast both times. My fiancé also said they were amazing when helping him find my perfect ring. Highly recommend The Jeweler’s Box!

  My second time using The Jeweler’s Box - once for repair and once for resizing. Aside from being incredibly kind and easy to work with, you can tell the jeweler has perfected his craft. This is the place in Greenville for all jewelry fixes!

  ⚠️⚠️ BUYER BEWARE! ⚠️⚠️ Had a terrible experience here. I asked him to resize my ring and he asked me to leave it overnight. I'm almost positive he took out a few of my diamonds and exchanged them with lower quality diamonds. And he also didn't size my ring correctly - he made it smaller than what I asked for. Maybe a ploy to get the rest of the jewels. I also had brought this pendant in that I wanted to add a loop to - he did a terrible job. Its crooked. All his work is crooked. Thats how you know he did it. And he tried to say the chain I brought in, wasn't strong enough to hold dependent, so he broke my gold chain to show me. By pulling it apart. He said it would fix it for me for free. The little chain loop that he made was weak, small, and ugly. You could see it. And it broke quickly. I just wanna warn all of these good innocent people out here in the world who are too trusting like me - that this is not the place for you!! Save yourselves the heartache!!!!!!! Please!! You'll also see their positive posts are all the same hands. Probably his wife's. He also sold me a chain and wouldn't give me a refund within less than a week. These are very terrible business people. I will never give up writing honest posts about this business. They should be closed. Dont go here!!!!! ⚠️⚠️ Buyer BEWARE! ⚠️⚠️ I also posted a picture of my ring that I bought from costco. You can see that all of the rectangular diamonds are crooked and have a dull appearance to them. I only took this ring to this one place to have it resized and Costco confirmed that the diamonts were switched. Not like the rest of the jewels, shiney and bright. And once again - crooked. Its crooked. All his work is crooked.

  Very impressed with master jeweler’s thorough and careful cleaning and adding new platinum shank and repairing and strengthening the understructure to family heirloom vintage ring (115 years old). Very reasonable pricing, completed on time and exceeded expectations.
