Sunglasses is one of those weird things that's so hard to pick. With Josh its a breeze. And he will go out of the way to accommodate for instance he is working on getting me a pair leffinwhales that are in Charlotte currently but went ahead and got 2 pairs while I wait. Thanks Josh your great! And great job sunglasses hut having an employee to his capacity.

We told the employee we wanted to make a return and the whole time it felt like we were bothering her and wasting her time. She asked if we wanted to exchange the glasses, to which we looked around and decided to just go forward with the return. Telling her this seemed to irritate her more to the point she almost made us feel BAD for not exchanging the sunglasses. I chalk it up to the employee having a bad day, but this is not how you treat customers.
