Gave misinformation to get our order (which was not court ordered) and this caused a lock out and large towing expense. Then a supervisor promised to call me back in no more than 10 minutes. It’s been 2 weeks! No response despite 3 emails. Purchased this to help my son who is trying to do the right thing. They take advantage of people fighting addiction and I’m going to stand up for them. I’ll report this to all agencies and regulators I can as I WILL SPEAK UP for those you are exploiting. You should be shut down! As a follow up to your reply, I just noticed that you have my name spelled wrong on my account. I have now corrected it. It is under Gerald Clancey.
