  The store is always tidy and the staff is friendly. Instead of lugging around an arm full of clothes, someone greeted me and started a fitting room for me without asking. And more often than not, their prices are better than the online store. I stop here every time I come to Greenville.

  Went to return a dress my wife bought and the mall store closed down, went to the j crew factory and they couldn’t return it, called the 1800 number and they told me I would have to ship it to their processing center just to get a refund as the closest store is 2 hours away and we live in greenville sc, terrible customer service. Please reach out to my wife sarahearts21@gmail to help us get a refund seeing I received no help and all I heard was sorry sir this is our policy.

  The staff here is super unfriendly. Not one person approached and offered help. They were super friendly with each other, however (actually a little over the top- likely to avoid helping anyone). Please train your manager in customer service- she was the worst of all. Your service is only as good as the person leading it. This was awful!

  I am glad there is J. Crew representation in town again. It is a factory store, but the selection isn't bad for the area. The service is okay. The first time I went into the store, someone did offer me help. The second time, I had to double check and argue prices on Black Friday. None of my merchandise came up correctly at 60%. In the end, they did correct the error for me but I had to show them the signing on every item. The staff didn't seem overly concerned about correcting their system or making sure it didn't happen again. That being said, I am generally satisfied with the store. It seems that some product sourcing has changed. I cannot tell you if that is good or bad. I still like the styles, and I have had a good experience with quality in the past. I am glad they are here. If anything changes (service or product), I will update my review.
