Instead of lugging around an arm full of clothes, someone greeted me and started a fitting room for me without asking. And more often than not, their prices are better than the online store. I stop here every time I come to Greenville.
- TCTrey CarterJun 15, 20241.0Went to return a dress my wife bought and the mall store closed down, went to the j crew factory and they couldn’t return it, called the 1800 number and they told me I would have to ship it to their processing center just to get a refund as the closest store is 2 hours away and we live in greenville sc, terrible customer service. Please reach out to my wife sarahearts21@gmail to help us get a refund seeing I received no help and all I heard was sorry sir this is our policy.

I had several questions and actually needed some help as I've lost 75lbs and clothes don't fit the same way anymore. The girls working were very involved talking to each other. I saw them look at me as I held a shirt and was trying to pick out a few pair of shorts and a pair of jeans. I was a district manager for a fortune 500 retailer while in college. This would have been a complete failure if I were a secret shopper. No one works anymore. No one does their job, and no one cares to provide customer service. I'll come back when my wife can help me. You all should pay your customers the same way Target should pay people for doing self checkout.
