  I’ve visited Hale’s several times with friends and family, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. The building is beautiful and located in a quiet but convenient area. I recently purchased a watch from Hale’s, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Sophia was absolutely amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She allowed me to take my time, make adjustments, and feel confident in my purchase. The entire staff at Hale’s is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From Sophia to the Sheriff’s office on site and the rest of the team, everyone made me feel valued and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Hale’s to anyone. Thank you, Sophia, and everyone at Hale’s, for a wonderful experience!

  I made a pit stop in the Greenville SC Hale’s on today and was greeted with a small and even offered a bottled water . Quickly my request for some maintenance and questions about my timepiece and was followed up by a well dressed , classy sales associate “Russ” that was very patient and informative. We had a great conversation as well good advice and quick stellar service on my timepiece. Great experience and will definitely be back very soon .

  I had an outstanding experience at Hale’s Jewelers. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional — and I have to give special recognition to Matthew. He’s an amazing watch concierge with deep knowledge and genuine passion. If you’re considering a luxury watch, ask for Matthew. He’s fantastic to work with and truly elevates the whole experience. I look forward to purchasing from him again.

  Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The front desk attendant was rude and judgmental from the moment I walked in. I came in to inquire about maintenance for my engagement ring and eternity band. I explained that several stones in the eternity band were loose and that I wanted the prongs tightened. Because I wear the rings stacked, there was also some damage to my engagement ring that I hoped to have repaired. I mentioned that I did not want them soldered and understood this could lead to future wear. Instead of explaining what could be done to repair my ring, she commented that they looked “horrible” and were in “terrible condition.” Obviously, that’s why I came in—to have them repaired. The attendant was a woman with blonde hair and glasses, approximately 5’5”–5’7”. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she should not be in a customer-facing role. We have been loyal Hales customers for many years, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

  I brought Matthew an old family ring to have reimagined as something modern for my wife for our 12th wedding anniversary. I did not do him any favors by showing up a week before my anniversary either, (don’t be like me…plan accordingly). Matthew was able to redesign the ring into a classic 3/4 band while using all of the existing diamond from the old ring AND he got it back to me in time for my anniversary. The ring was utterly gorgeous, exactly what I had in mind. My wife was blown away and absolutely loves it. Thanks so much for making my anniversary one to remember.
