  Pat is truly incredible. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us design and create the most beautiful custom pieces for our wedding. Her creativity, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process so enjoyable and stress-free. She took our ideas and elevated them into something even more special than we imagined. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I was looking for—without any pressure. She took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Her attention to detail and customer service were top-tier, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable.   My family has been shopping at Hale’s for over a decade. On behalf of my family, I wholeheartedly recommend Shannon,she is truly the best salesperson you will ever come across. She takes time out of her day to help you find the perfect extravagant piece you’ll love, or something as simple as a silver band.   I brought my wedding set in to Hale’s today to have it resized. I chose them because I used to know the owner through work — he was always kind and had an excellent reputation — and several friends had recommended the business. Unfortunately, my experience this time was more than disappointing, and I won’t be returning. From the start, the woman who assisted me was dismissive and unprofessional. She questioned whether my rings were gold-plated and responded to my clarification that they were solid gold with, “we’ll see about that — I’ll have them test it,” which felt unnecessarily condescending. She didn’t ask anything about the center gemstone and simply wrote “blue stone” on the form. She spent very little time trying to assure we chose the best new size, and suggested I size up much more than I had anticipated I would need, even when comparing a ring I was wearing for proper sizing. Before finalizing the ticket, she said “you do realize that will be $200 PER ring to resize,” in a tone that implied I might not expect or be able to afford it, and added that she’d call if it ended up costing more. The quoted turnaround was “end of next week at the earliest because you know there’s a holiday coming up.” I left feeling taken aback by the lack of professionalism and respect. I ended up calling another highly recommended jeweler from the parking lot, who was more helpful in five minutes over the phone than my entire interaction at Hale’s. I returned to pick up my rings and chose to take my business elsewhere. The second jeweler quoted me less than half the price for the exact same service — with next-business-day turnaround — and treated me and my rings with care. I’m always willing to pay for quality work, but I prefer to support businesses that value their customers and offer fair pricing. My experience at Hale’s didn’t reflect that.
