More so than just the impeccable level of service throughout the process even after the proposal, what stood out most is Jenn’s genuine excitement four our engagement. She truly seemed to care about us and making the moment special, not just selling us a ring. Can’t speak highly enough of Jenn, if you are in the market for a special piece or any jewelry you MUST go see her at Hales.
