- JDJamie DewberryFeb 17, 20261.0Valentine's FAIL!! Ordered flowers for my fiancé on January 17, a few days under 1 month before Valentines day. On February 13th I was called to be informed that Expressions had run out of Red roses of which ordered 2 dozen at over $220 (Valentine's markup). I ordered early specifically to circumvent problems like this and guarantee delivery on Valentine's day. I get you can run out but this is poor management at a high level, first to run out and second to use up your supply on earlier orders without any planning. What is worse is the manager didn't call they put the burden on a young woman who had no authority to do anything. This call should have been by a manager. My Fiancé did receive a mixed 2 dozen arrangement and they are pretty but not what I ordered well in advance. Also they woke her up at 7:30am to start delivery so an extra slap on top of the lack of RED roses. Simply put for me I will not use this company ever again.

I called florists in every state on the east coast trying to get a girl these certain type of roses. couldn't be done. they dont grow on stems. So we brainstormed. came up with the perfect bouquet. I told this is a no fail task. We only get one shot at this do your magic. Boy did they knock it out of the park. we are coming up on our 1 year anniversary.
