I was suppose to receive a box of fresh chocolate dipped strawberries too, but instead it was a box of assorted deserts with a few strawberries, dumped upside down. Box had frosting on the lid, from not being packaged w/care! I left 3 messages & no one called me back. My husband felt terrible. Especially because it wasn't cheap! They actually turned things around & made things 100 % better! Mindy who delivered the flowers & chocolate strawberries was super nice & professional. Thx for making things better & turning around a bad situation from the original uber driver.

Voice-mail every time, please reach out if you are there. **Update** The package was delivered on time and I'm very pleased about that. Still never reached any by phone at the store which was weird considering I called a total of 16 times.
