    I had ordered from here many years ago but, I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering again! How do you order the pictures on the right but get the mess on left no vase and two roses!!! wth!!! never ever will I use them again!!!

    I received the best customer service ever from Stan in particular, it was my anniversary and I am in a different time zone. Didn’t realize I placed the order so close to closing time. Stan stayed after close and called me to fix and verify a typing error! I really appreciate the extra help and attention to detail <3

    My team member and I placed and order to arrive on Monday it didn’t arrive Monday or Tuesday . We called the business several times. We ended up canceling our order . Please send Flowers instead .

    So disappointed ☹️ that I placed an order for balloons for my granddaughters birthday for her to never receive the balloons. I was ensured on the phone that this would be delivered. Also I gave her father’s phone number to ensure if there was a delivery issue they could phone them. This is very sad that I couldn’t trust Edible Arrangements to make this delivery.
