  Do not shop here! Deceptive and fraudulent practices with ZERO response from management. Opened a new account and tried to use 20% shopping pass online only to be told by a customer service rep with zero knowledge of policy that i couldnt use 20% off online, and kept putting me on hold to ask her supervisor. When trying to purchase items online the website rejected the 20% code saying i wasn't eligible to use it after the offer online clearly showed the price I would be charged for items in my basket if opened account, however if i was standing in the store when i opened the account I could shop all day. So i have to drive to the store to have them order the items for me to use the 20% off. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The week prior I bought a formal dress on sale and returned the dress within the week after finding another dress elsewhere and they held $5 dollars saying i couldn't be refunded the entire sale amount! THIS IS FRAUD!! I PAID $126 and should be refunded exactly what i paid, period!! Sales clerk was nice but the black female manager that came out was rude and completely unprofessional!!! Received the items i ordered with my new account in the mail yesterday and one of the items looks as if it has been worn and washed, I have never received anything ever that was delivered to me in the condition that this package was! Went to return both items today and guess what , no one at any register at multiple register throughout the store, walked around for ten minutes trying to find an associate to return items and finally found a nice lady in another dept. Received $10 coupon for signing up for emails that says it is stackable with other coupons and NO I did not have items on the exclusion list but would not allow me to add $10 coupon to order with sale price even though offer states IT IS STACKABLE!! Misleading and deceptive. And the website, what a joke!!! Glitches throughout and nothing works properly. I have never been so disgusted with a dept store, EVER!!! No leadership, no customer service in store and the online customer service needs to be shut down completely!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEIR LOUSY CREDIT CARD OR SHOP IN THIS STORE!!!!!

  This store is the largest in the area here. Bigger selection. Lots of great sales and deals with card, too. My favorite dept store. "Regular" prices are OBSCENE...wait for sales and coupons and you can get absolutely killer deals on the best clothes! Make sure to check the clearance racks...70%-75% off for best deals! Near end of season is best deals.

  Miss Lisa in the fragrance department is an absolute gem! If there is ever anything at all lacking within this location I believe she will truly make up for it with her presence alone. She helped me find a Coach perfume and even got excited when I told her Coach midnight bc she thought they got a new one in on her day off yesterday. We realized quickly I had said midnight instead of moonlight lol, had a good laugh and found out we both adore Jason Statham, perfumes, and good conversation. She brightened my entire month and I can’t thank her enough for kindness, professionalism, efficiency, and laughter. This world needs more people like her!

  My child's school shoes were not delivered as promised. Wring order number on printed recieved so I could not track Spent too much time talking to a robot. Finally get a real person day 2.im given correct shipping info. My email address typed wrong on the register reciept. Total nightmare and will never ordered from them again. Been 5 days we still don't have our phone calls not returned. All they do is say sorry. They have charged my account however. Stopping payment order.
