  I bought an item in this store because the sign said “buy one, get the second 50% off.” I did exactly that, but when I checked the receipt, the discount was only 20%, not 50%. This is just misleading and dishonest. Very disappointing.

  There are too many little kids working at the The manager is about 15 years old. I’ve watched four people walk out because they didn’t wanna wait in this line. They walk around with their earpieces in they’re unhelpful, rude, and just stand around talking to each other the whole time. They have a line around the store and out the door & 7 Employees walking around talking to each other. And one person ringing.

  It's a really nice store. My daughter and son both bought jeans there. The store was crowded, but the staff were super helpful. Got items discounted too. We will go back.

  Do I bought 4 pairs of jeans on line. I took them back at the Greenville store. The assistant manager (told me her last name was Eva) said that I could not return them ther unless I had the delivery notice in email. She told me there was nothing to do. I was out of luck. Offered me no alternative. Was very rude and unhelpful. Thank the Lord I did find the email and was able to get my refund but if she knew what she was talking about and read the return policy on the AE website she would have seen that online purchases could be refunded via the integrated computer program. What a shame that customers are treated like this. Obviously training needs to be enhanced. Also she told me she was the manager but she told me after that she was asst manager. I bet she wasn’t even that.
