There was a line forming behind me and she was the only one running the register. The manager, who was standing around at the front of the store, never bothered to step in and check out other customers. She helped the cashier with my coupon and walked off again even though people were in line. I’ve worked customer service roles many times and that irritated me quite a bit.

It’s like they don’t want to help you or have an attitude about anything that has to do with their job. It’s super frustrating and it makes me not want to step foot in aerie.
